All prices are shown in Euro (EUR). Please note that local import duties (customs, VAT) may apply depending on your region or country outside the EU. These fees are at your own expense.
We accept payment via Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro, Diners and Mobile Pay. Payment will not be completed until the order has been shipped. When you pay by card, you are asked for the card number, its expiration date and the CVC code. We do not store card numbers when the transaction is completed. PayPal facilitates secure payment from your bank account, credit card or PayPal account. We also charge via MobilePay.
Once you have placed the order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. We process all orders within 24 hours and send you your shipping information by email once they are processed. If you have questions about the status of your order, contact firstname.lastname@example.org
CANCEL OR EDIT ORDER
We process orders ASAP, but we do our best to catch them before they go out. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact email@example.com immediately and make sure to include your order number in your request.
North North North understands and accepts if you wish to return your goods. A 14-day full return right is therefore available on items purchased on the webshop. The right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the package. You can expect 2-5 days response time from the day we receive your goods back. The full price will be refunded if the return package meets our requirements. The goods must be unused and returned in a condition that does not detract from the quality of the item. The marks on the goods must not be removed. All returns that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted and therefore returned to you. Return shipping is free for returns worldwide. Your return is credited to the original form of payment that was used to make the purchase once we have received your item. You will be informed by email once we have accepted your return. We monitor returns to identify potential abuse of our return policies and reserve the right to refuse service. Once we have received your return, it takes 3-4 working days for our warehouse to process your returns and then 5-10 business days before your bank deposits the money into your account. Your refund can only be credited to the original form of payment. We'll send you an email after our team has processed your refund so you know it's coming.
Contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to process a refund. We attach in our email to you a prepaid return label to make it super easy for you to send it back.
When you shop with us, you have 2 years of warranty. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or fabrication. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, money back or discounted in price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product.
If you wish to exchange something for another piece of jewellery, return the original item(s) and place a new order or contact us via email@example.com
BROKEN / LOST PACKAGES
Contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect item. If the package comes to you damaged, please take a few pictures of it and send us an email with the documentation. Once an order has been delivered to the correct delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost in transit, contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
